In my 15-year career in the fitness industry I have coached 1,000s of people towards a healthier lifestyle and improved athletic performance
I set up Great Outdoor Fitness, bootcamp-style fitness for all abilities in Reigate and Cheam, Surrey. Since 2009 I have personally led more than 13,000 outdoor fitness sessions for people of all abilities from complete beginners wanting to get fit and lose weight, to experienced athletes looking to improve performance.
I developed a lifetime love of fitness during my career as a Royal Marine. I am a keen runner, competing as part of the South London Harriers squad taking part in cross country, track and road races with their elite men.
When it comes to fitness, I am very results-driven. I do not subscribe to fitness fads and gimmicks, preferring tried and trusted methods of hard work and science applied to methodical training programmes.
